A new version of Tablemaker has been released for Joomla!™. Version 1.2.2 provides better support for HTML entities.
Gileba has released a new version of Tablemaker, the Joomla! module that allows users to add the content of a CSV- or TSV-file easily to a Joomla powered website.
Version 1.2.2 provides better support for HTML entities. If they are literally entered in the CSV, now the correct symbol will show up on your site.
Still having troubles showing symbols? The most likely cause is how your CSV is saved. It needs to have a proper character set (most likely UTF-8) in order to show the correct symbols. Unfortunately, this is not something TableMaker kan fix for you.
